Dent Doctor in South Africa was founded in 1992 in Johannesburg with one outlet specializing in the process known as “paintless dent removal” (PDR).
The branch rapidly expanded to minor auto body repairs and the successful business model was franchised a few years later. Today Dent Doctor has a national footprint consisting of some 33 franchise outlets specializing in both minor and major auto body repairs, creating employment in excess of over 1000 employees at its peak.

Synthetic turf and grass applications are evolving all the time. Our turf is being used on race tracks, soccer fields, multi-purpose sports pitches and home applications. Heyns Turf was established in South Africa in 2006 in Johannesburg with one franchisor-managed outlet.
GuardTrack was founded in 1991 by Solly Heyns and Glen Calenborne. The technology introduced to the market was way ahead of its time and we struggled to find applications for this. The technology used was transponder technologies, RFID as it is known today, but barcodes was the preferred choice of technology used 24 years ago.
